Now temporary Keats finds refuge in the world of immortal art and love (as presented by Urn). But soon (in forth stanza) he realises that little town depicted on the urn will always remain empty and silent like other things on Urn. So after escaping into the world of immortality he finds himself compelled to return to the real world and concludes that all pains of real world are more satifying than the cold remote perfection of the marbal Urn.
I hope now there is no more confusion?

my dear, as far as I think, in this famous line Keats is comparing the beauty of the urn and the truth in their permanency. Truth is something permanent and eternal, unchangeable and here the beauty of urn, says Keats is also eternal, unchangeable and will remain there upto ages.. the generations would go dead and the world would go on changing but this fosterchild of time and unravished bride of quietness, this beautiful Grechain urn will remain with all its beauty and charm.. and will say to every person that will visit, see and ponder over the carvings or paintings on the urn that my beauty is eternal and so is the truth, thus beauty is truth and truth beauty.. being isolated from the urn, the meaning of this famous line remains zero as beauty in general is something transient, not eternal.. and something is transient that is the reason it appears beautiful to us.. so i think that the words beauty and truth and one being the same as the other can only be proved by confining our explanation to the Ode only.. it does not mean acceptance of this world or the world.. wat do u think??

In the very opening stanza Keats gives us a contrast between something unchanging ( the urn) because it is dead and something transient because it is alive. At the beginning he enjoys this permanence and immortal love but soon this permanence and immortal love brings frustration and negation because it lacks life. So in the final stanza he concludes that real beauty lies in truth (reality), not in art (imagination).
I am again saying that according to my humble opinion, meaning of "truth is not this world but acceptance of this world means "reality".
dear, in this message of urs, u hav said clearly that the meaning of truth is not this world but acceptance of this world.. but now u r saying that accepting this world is accepting truth which suggests that world=truth.. u hav again created confusion hahaha

Truth and beauty are interrelated and truth is always a best choice to choose.

O mary bhai! I am using such words (World= acceptance of this world=Reality=Truth to tell you the exact meaning of these line.
However meaning of all these lines is "don't escape from reality. Sachai ko mano and sachai ye ha k urn is immortal and lifeless. So according to the Keats though is full of beauty but real beauty lies in acceptance of this world (reality) na k es dunia k sachai sy escape karny mein.
Don't take my word "world" in general sense but in a symbolic sense.
