iam also one of aspirant for enviornmental science but could not found any book suggested by fpsc so if u know any best book for this subject do kindly share with me.

well one thing i do clear for you guys is that,fpsc had never recommended such a book for any subject which covers all the topic, they always bring a mixture of multiple books for the aspirants in fact each individual books comprises only 2 or 3 relative aspects of the syllabus, and environmental sciences is not as short as to be compiled in single book, its a vast field which offers Phd in various aspects, still i m not going to leave you in mazes of innumerable books, their is no as such quality book is available in market for environmental sciences as its is a newly introduced subject, though, i had prepared it from environmental sciences by Dr.Farooq Ahmad's book which is which has written according to CSS syllabus, though it a poorly written books with thousands of mistake still i am recommending to go for it but not entirely relay on this, just gather information and concept from it and remaining is your writing quality, your skills, your effort to manage it in best ways..
because its better to start the preparation with some normal book rather than wasting your time for publication of any good quality book, as time is limited now.

dear it depends on your level of interest and the specific time that you have decided to gave to the subject, i would recommend you to tackle this subject technically rather than wasting time in deep study, still, you can do it in 10-12 days.

I am going to opt Environmental Science. :s
