By Sovereignty we mean a State or a country who is supreme in all boundaries it occupies, it can decide its boundaries and state problems itself. None should interfere in its internal problems. But it does not happen practically. You can take an example of our country Pakistan that how much external influence is behind it. A great debate had been made on the issue of Sovereignty in the League of Nations and the article 2 of the charter 4 proclaims that all states are equal in power and are sovereign. But powerful states are ignoring the sovereignty rules.
