Dear Seniors,please tell how to attempt comparison questions in const law,whether in Tabular Form or Narrative form.which way would be better.e.g. Q;How would you compare the functions of American President with the President of France?

It it's a 5 Marks question, tabular form would do. If it's a 20 marks question, then narration will be the right way to go about it.
