plz define what is mean by mensria and actus ria define in roman urdu also plz example also

isi tarha koi Pagal ya chota Bacha koi aisa act kr de jo ke kisi ko jani nuksaan ho jata ha, aby yaha Actus rea to ha magar aik Pagal ya chota bacha ka irada nhe hota ha lihaza hum us ko hadsa kahe ge. kyo ke men rea nhe ha.


Civil law me humen mens rea ki zarorat nhe hoti humen sirf actus rea hi prove karna ha

actus reus = the fact that a criminal act has been committed
mens rea = the individual accused was, at the time of the crime, in a mental state to understand that what he/she was doing was wrong / unlawful and thus that there was intent present in the commission of the crime.
