What is the common thing in Section 60 CrPC and 81 CrPC and point out the difference too? You have 2 minutes. (Without consulting anything)

yeh kya condition laga di yaar without reading how can i diffrenciate ? ....yeh practically itnay impt nahi hai...fir b idea par bata deta hon

section 60 (this chapter) deals with arrest ....arrest by a police or any person....person arrested must be produced before magistrate

section 81(this chapter) deals with warrants and absconders sec 87 and 88 r most impt in practice ....under sec 81 a person has already been arrested n bailed out or if person has not been arrested n challan has been submitted in competect court of law then person bailed out is summoned and his warrants r issued by court to compel his appeance before court....

common thing is arrest
diff is under/s 61 he is produced either before SHo or magistrate
u/s 81 person is summoned by court he has to be produiced before court

yeh mera idea hai ...ab exct wording nahi pata k in section main likha hua hai...parh k batanay ki ijazat hoti to sahi batata ...errors n ommissions r accepted ..!!

hv done .....i hv to revise only...preparaton shud be of llb standard....wtever u hv studied in LLB is more than enough....if u hv ur llb notes then u dont need to take pain...ma strategy is same as of syllabus....firstly i prepared CPC then limitation n registration then QSo.....

u dont worry law is scoring ...i appeard in 2009 pms ..n i got 145 in law ..i did not get through general knowledge...agar aap ne sb kuch dobara se prepare karna hai tou time lagay gaa...!!

QSO ko zyada time na denaa....50 marks k chakar main dosray 50 reh jatay hain...!!

if u need more help u r alwys welcome..!!
