We dont get to know our marks.
For M. Law, you need to separate syllabus into chunks. Each chunk creating Acts/ topics. Then you must read the original (bare) laws along with the illustrative examples given therein before moving to notes. e.g. For Contract Act, Arbitration, Partnership, Sales of Goods Act etc. only bare acts are enough. If you want to go one step ahead, then MC. Kuchchal is the perfect book. |

There might be a better suggestion by someone else. But here's what I do.
e.g. Consider Q.2. of CE-2016 Define Endorsement. Explain its kinds. One should have started with the definition of endorsement as mentioned in Negotiable Instruments Act followed by some examples of endorsement. Then one should enumerate kinds of endorsement followed by explanation of each under a heading with an example or two in each. This particular topic also needs pictorial illustration of various kinds of endorsement. |
