hey can any1 tell me about mer law, iz it a scoring sub?
Ma optionalz r sociology, geography,journalism,int law n mer law, but em bit confused about mer law? can any1 tell me gud buks 4 mer law....

i hv kucchal n cheema's buk. r these enough 4 mer law??

m.c kucchal is excellent....it is as scoring as mathematics(personal opinion)...for css one should hve a primary book for the subject which in this case i wud advise m.c kucchal..but u shud also go throug 1 or 2 other books jst a go through..nd yes for case studies u cn nd shud use more then 1 book....prepare personal notes...if nd only if u hve a background of m.law nd strong grip over it u cn alwayz use bear acts

then i think senior members shud come in to help cz i dnt think in that case it shud be opted,it can be a bit technical..hwever nw this thing is out of my domain...nd as far as scoring is concerned if prepared properly it is a highly scoring subject...i expect more than 75 from this subject if well prepared..

Mercantile law mainly governs the working , conduct and formation of companies, firms, financial institutions etc It is easy it is not like the traditional laws. You need not to be afraid there are only 15 to 20 important topics which you will find easy and interesting. Cheema's book is good. in pakistan we have companies ordinance 1984 which deals with the all these issues; formation, conduct of business internal matters of companies.

If u havn't studied it before then i wud suggest u not to opt it. Take a look at muslim law its a safer option. If u still wannna opt it then the two books u are having are enough for its prepration.

Those who are not familiar with mercantile law should stay away. I won't recommend you to opt for Mercantile Law. It is scoring for those who are having background in this subject and it proves deadly for others.
