Default How did u find 2012 muslim law paper?

This was the only paper in which i only knew one out of 4 questions. all the other questions were so vague and dodgy. but still i wrote some things in them . but i cant really understand why did they make this paper so difficult like example why imam abu hanifa rejected waqf(now where can one get information to these kind of topix). i only knew what was waqf so i just mixed up some things and made some logic that why could he reject waqf.
i am just sharing my views that was it just difficult for me or was it difficult for everbody. i dont think that u can find any similarity in this years muslim law exam and the earlier years.
Thanx for reading

Yes,paper was quite tricky.I must say it was my worst paper.I prepared it during 2 holidays and I was so afraid. When I saw paper,it almost made me weep.I encouraged myself, thinking that I just had to get marks above 30.I attempted question of Khula in a better way but the other two questions were based on my own analytical skills;Waqf and legal capacity of minor.I did two notes and left the other two
I had completed my paper in 1 hour and 30 minutes.Perhaps because it was to the point as one can't write"gappen" in such subjects.I wrote minimum 8 pages for each question excluding short notes, perhaps because my writing speed was good.

*scared*

yes that was the paper that has reduced my chances of passing css. I also wrote quite a lot of gappen in the other two questions ,wrote almost 8 pages for each , i dont know what i wrote was correct or not. r u preparing for the next year too and r u gonna change some subjects. i also chose sociology which was also not upto my expectations. Do u have any idea abt political science. is it a good subject. thanx for the reply.

Default MLJ paper CE-2012

Dear Romaan!

Paper was tricky but not that much difficult to get through.

Khula question was but an easy one

Mulsim family laws ordinance question was an easy one

Last question of short notes was 75 percent easy. As three notes were relatively easy

Masalah Mursalah vs. Ijma, Qiyas question was very analytical but I think if one just knew the meaning of Masalah Mursalah then he/she would have composed a good answer for that too.

Now lets hope that the examiner number daine k moamle main apne Qiyas ki bajae Ijma ko istemaal kre ga.

Regards,

I'm not going to appear next year;Perhaps after 2 years or God knows, never !It's heart rendering to think for third attempt, realizing the fact that I will have no other chance left *Sigh*

Political science will be beneficial in many ways as it can help you in current affairs too.I think two subjects of 100 marks are better than one subject of 200 marks (If you have enough time for preparation)

You should take suggestions from those who have opted it.

And don't worry for M.law, this result will be quite unexpected,I guess.Because this year new trend of papers was a shock for aspirants.Let's wait what comes for us !
