Default need a muslim law teacher in khi
hi frnds if anyone can tell me from where i can find a good Muslim law teacher. i gave muslim law paper in 2011 attempt but did not scored well. i wan to prepare it under some guidance

well i dont know any good teacher but i can suggest you a good book NISHI PROHIT, very good book with material

thanks. i hav lot of material on muslim law just need to clear and correct my concepts because i had no formal tution of this subject.

it is very kind of you. if u have formal background regarding this subject it will surely help. in my pervious attempt i scored just 57.

if i am not wrong your question islam is complex,uncertain and artificial
ans is disagree the very first verse aur hum ne tumhare liye aaj tumhara deen mukamal kar diya
sec complex again wrong aur hum ne quran main tamam neshaniya khol(openly) kar biyan ki hain
3rd arificial wrong ..aur ALLAH ne tumhare liye islam ko pasand farmaya

from your answer i guess you have given arguments for ISLAM instead of ""legal system of islam".

this criticism was made by anglo-india courts when they gave up the use of services of mufti and mulanas.
this topic is touched by Sir abdur rahim in his book but i m unbale to comprehend it fully. for instances i m unable to understand what is "syllogistic logic+ rebuttable presumptions of english law+ what is substantive law, muncipal law"...
though i have got points that i can stract to 20 marks question but still many points r beyond my comprehension,,,,,
