Should i opt arabic?
AOA
Recently I went an acadmi where Arabic were offering as an optional subject. they told me that it had not matter whether I know the ABC of the Arabic or not they would prepare me for Arabic. I want to ask you friends that if one has no knowledge regarding any language how can he be prepared for the competitive exam? and what would you people suggest me? |

No need to trust what they say. Academies are mostly money minting machines. You should go through the syllabus outline before deciding if you can prepare that or not. Academies don't help much.

Bro my honest advice is do not go for Arabic. It would take a long time to prepare and it would still be a risky choice. Hence better to go for an easily prepared and less risky subject.

Dear, I opted Arabic and scored 143/200 in CSS 2013. Arabic has shortest course in comparison to other subjects of 200 club. If you can read Arabic, you can also understand its grammar. While the questions of history are attempted in English. So, apparently, there is no reason to leave Arabic for any other subject. However, a good instructor can help you to score high.

Dear, I had prepared short questions from Hafiz Arshad Sb's notes. Keeping in view the trend of CSS 2014, I suggest you to fully prepare the history portion. Moreover, try to make sentences by yourself and got it checked from Arabic Instructor. I think it will be a good way to prepare for Arabic 2015.
