It depends on your understanding of the subject.

Kindly suggest at most 2-3 books, covering the course comprehensively.

Geography 1 demands 20 days thorough and penetrating study if one has no background.Nevertheless,it requires repeated revision as course is lengthy.So,2 to 3 times revision is inevitable.Have an Atlas for acquaintance with world regions.
Geo 2 requires a firm grip on economy, demography and politics of South Asia in particular.Preparation should be Pakistan centric here and all problems encountered by Pakistan ranging from industry and agriculture to water and power shortages requires utmost attention.

Books for Geo 1 are:

1.Physical Geography by Strahler
2.Physical Geography by Phillip Lake
3.Geography by Sarfaraz Bajwa

Books no 1 and 3 shall cover 75 to 80 % of course for Geo 1.

For Geo 2,
1.Economic Geography by Fazl e Karim Khan
2.Geography of Pakistan by Fazl e Karim Khan
3.Human Geography by De Blij
4.Yellow Papers of Dawn published on Monday are Bible for Geo 2 for Pakistan and South Asia

Mechrose37 has guided you very well. I recommend you the same but for Geography-I I used Physical geography of the global environment by H.J. DeBlij and Physical geography by Sarfraz Bajwa. I don't know about the book by Strahler but have heard that it is very good book.
