lets start dicusion regarding PR aND RESPONSIBILITIES of PR and role of advertisement in pakistan and effects ..In appksitan socoiety how many comapnies are working and which company is competing the most .it is very impoertant question and why people mix PR with advertising .lets have general discussion. please participate because it will help you people in exams .because now a days questions have CA TOUCH and one has to draw pic of pakistani society regarding question

Well, I don't know much about this subject. I'm only going to enjoy the ebb and flow of the discussion as it progresses under this thread. But I'd like to share what I know about the same. "Page Rank often denoted as PR is a quantity defined by search engines like Google that provides a rough estimate of the overall importance of a web page. But does the word page in the term PR refer to webpages?

That's not my fault dear Usman Khalid. Just move the cursor or arrow to the abbreviation PR in your post as well as that of Sadia Shafiq, you will find the term "Page Ranking" appearing there.
So obviously I was expected to write about the matter in that sense...

It is not a fault at all! obviously abbreviation 'PR' may have many other interpretations. But in CSS context, having opted Journalism as one of my optionals, I know PR means Public Relations.
