I am new for Punjabi and having difficulty in preparing it.

Please members are requested to ple guide me in punjabi and plz send me notes if anyone has.

Follow the following thread , it would help you sufficiently regarding the preparation of Punjabi. From this thread you would come to know what is to be prepared and what is to be skipped . As well as notes or books are concerned , it is better not to run after notes and follow a single book Punjab Rang by Jahangeer Publishers authored by Faisal Jappa.
Here goes the link of the thread I am talking about.

I ca not read Punjabi as written in that book. I have to ask meanings of many words in a page. What to do of that.

Whether you study from notes or from a book , the difficulty you mentioned would remain there. However, I suggested you a very good book which is considered one of the best books on this scoring subject both for its language and contents. And I do not think that some would be having notes of Punjabi in soft. secondly , there can not be any panacea for being able to understand Punjabi except for doing its reading and listening to some punjabi literature or native speaker.
