Well for sindhi you should read a book of Akber lagari (Sindhi adab jo jaizo) and Mukhtiar mallah (sindhi adab te hik nazar) or memon abdul majeed sindhi book etc. To prepare for Sindhi Paper you must start from the theories of origin of sindhi language (Sindhi Boli jo bunyad aeen un ja nazriya) then further literature is divied in prose like Noverl, stories, safarnama, mazmoon nigari, afsana etc read about their origin and their important personalities. Then in petry study Shah Latif, sachal, shikh Ayaz, Ustad bukhari, etc. Also for MCQ preparation try to remember books and author, this is very important.

First try to read/study all things related to syllabs in order to grasp complete syllabus and to avoid any mishap in the examination. Selected study sometimes proves to be lethal while some lucky people enjoy its fruit too. After covering your syllabus try to solve past 10 years papers to practice and get perfection on the techniques of the exam day. Generally 1 and half month is well enough to cover the syllabus of the sindhi subject with good understanding. start remembering books and authors regularly.

Well I have appeared in 2012 and it was my 2nd attempt, in 2011 essay paper drowned me due to some blunders i committed in the paper. Yes surely you can make outlines and also note down important things on separate pages so that while revising you can through it in very short time. Due to job and research work i couldn't gave proper time to study but i did something like that at the eleventh hour. You have time and you can do it.
