Default wt i percvd..

though am not so clear about ur question but wt i percvd is tht u want to knw the causes & effects of social change in pk?if it is so then my answer is...

the root cause of all the evils in pk,tht is considered to b a big hurdle widin the country is our feudal system.
& the major thing tht can change our society is Owning our Identity i.e. Muslim,The Followers of Islam

@ samana;

yes, u have got it right....feudalism is widely believed to be the big impediment to change in pakistan...at the same time, there are people who believe that feudalism has ceased to exist in its ugly classical form and that there are other factors that are even bigger obstacles....

with regard to ur 2nd point of muslim indentity being an incentive for change in our society,,,many people believe the reverse to be true... there are people who believe that literal interpretation of scriptures and conservative view of the religion is in fact an impediment and not an incentive for change.

and besides, there must be some other things in our society that either encourage or discourage change...In this regard, views of other friends are also welcome....
