the main thing here is mobility with reference to yourself.
first thing you should ask yourself is what is mobility ? and what are the conditions for social mobility?

you have rich parents , you are educated and you can get a job in a multinational. you have high chances of mobility.

you are poor. low chances.
you are not educated. low chances.
you are physically unfit. low chances.

in this way this question can be answered. as i am out of touch of syllabus ..this is the best i could come up with. but i have given you the main theme.

regards

@amubin
That again comes in the context of financial power. As if you are rich, will be more prone to be socially mobilised, and some what phnomena of job satisfaction if you do not have work satisfaction, will be more active in social mobility, if chances are there, through nepotism or other means.

this type of mobility in sociology refers to upward flow /improvement in status.highly-mobility oriented means a person is very passionate to get higher status.this idea can be better understood ,if we have clear idea of social inequality. social inequality defines class status..Manners/dress/fashion/money are the best indicators to define a particular class.so Pakistan has major three classes/sub cultures.
1.upper class
2.middle class.
3.lower class.

when people consider themselves socially deprived in middle and lower class and want to mobile /improve their status.that desire born in them due to social inequality . the realization of social inequality is more in middle class families because their BMD are fulfilled.so middle class families are highly-mobility oriented because they want to get the status of upper class.this type of mobility is only found in middle class because upper class has gained that particular status and lower class is unable to achieve this type.so lower class families become mobile by indulging in unfair means.
