Ok, I get it, you are a serving csp, but that doesn't give you the right to be rude or demoralize others. You are not in any way the examiner, so your opinion is just an opinion.
Yes my opinion is just an opinion. I can say whatever i want to on this public forum (within limits). People are sharing their outline to b evaluated. if someone does not want opinion on his/her performance in exam, he may refrain from sharing it with other people. It is quite simple, isn't it?
by the way, i can sense a jealous burnt up person in your form :)
try performing in exam, and we shall see whether you get it right or not because i did it right :)
Aoa everyone. I am last year’s qualifier. I just want to say a couple of things. No one has experience to evaluate other’s outline. So please dont disheart anyone. This will demoralize them. What you have done is past and nothing can change it. Just focus on remaining papers. Last time many criticized my essay outline on colonial mentality that i will fail but i passed. So dont lose hope.
Secondly, my recommended outline for global warming will be that which also covers effects of GM on Pakistan and what Pak has done to mitigate it. In addition, what else can be done in Pak. Examiner sees info relating to Pak. He is impressed when one covers from both global as well as national level.

Best of luck everyone. Dont waste time by discussing what you have done. Just focus on future.
God bless you all
if something is shared here, it will be discussed and yes people will en/dis courage you. I would say it again, if you don't want people's opinion don't share your stuff here. It is quite simple

Comments ?
Consider me a newbie learning from your experiences. Only this outline seems perfect, as it has covered exactly what is asked in the paper and it is driving across the only keyword "Rule of Law" in different aspects and in the context of Pakistan as well, with strong arguments.

Rest, I think it is necessary for an aspirant to first understand the topic and where it belongs, then opt it and present your arguments.
