2- Article 38 does nt mean discussion of pricilple of policy but specificaly the article 38

3- judicial review needed only legal criticism not political. it mean how supreme court is not eligible to review legislative and executive action according to constitution.moreover, the crammed answer on judicial review will not fetch marks.

4- Russian federation is nogif[/B]t part of the syllabus. USSR is part of the syllabus.there is difference between both of them.

5- "parliamentary sovereignty" was not the purpose of 1st question rather he was asking about position of parliament with respect to all other government organs. (in fact this was only easy question in the paper)

6- "labour party reform proposal " it was better to ask quit the competition rather such out of way questions. examiner must realize the fact that CSS candidates have a lot more subjects to do.And, we are not here to become constitutional experts.

7-judges appointment half easy half difficult. But it was the third question asked about judiciary.

Total Destruction
Prima facie the paper is prepared by a lawyer or a teacher in Law College. The answers are expected to be in legal tune.

Absolutely correct. as the paper of EDS made by doctor, this paper seems to be made by Aitizaz Ahsan or Sharifuddin pirzazda
examiner should keep in mind that all the aspirants are not lawyers.by the way now a days political science paper 2 and constitutional law are well demarcated in terms of concepts.

But it was not until 1907, with the Criminal Appeal Act, that Parliament created the right of appeal against criminal convictions and created the Court of Criminal Appeal. Previously, decisions in criminal cases could only be reversed by the Home Secretary.
