According to my little knowledge the best ways to make Pakistan great are to

1. Education must be spread to nook and corner of Pakistan. Education is only way to change thinking of an individual or nation. Education makes every citizen aware of its rights and resposnsibilities thus nation develops in every field.

2. I think,according to my opinion, second impedimend which Pakistan is going through is the weaknesss of institutions. All the instutions like parliament,media,judiciary and Army should work within parameters defined by law then all institutions will grow stronger and Pakistan will flourish. It is necessary to make civilian institutions strong specially Parliament and Judiciary without these institutins i think making Pakistan great will be impossible. As history of Pakistan suggests these instutions have always been weakened for me this is great impediment for the development of Pakistan.

3. Clean Pakistan of all kind of extremism. Extremism produces terrorism and terrorism has crippled pakistan in all aspects and has brought bad name for Pakistan globally, so it is necessary to root it out.

4. Make Pakistan free of corruption for this civilian institutions like FIA,NAB and ANTI-Corruptions should be strengthened. I consider these handling of corruption cases by Rangers or Army only Painkillers not a permenant solution of disease.

I think,if above mentioned steps will make Pakistan grow stronger and restore the confidence of other countries on Pakistan which will pave a way for foriegn direct investment which we badly need and Pakistan will be able to make progress in all fields.

How to make Pakistan great?
[The first thing you need is to define great! What happens to a nation which can be rightly called a great nation/state!]
Indicators that define the strength of a nation includes the following.
.Geographical position of a state
.Abundance of natural resourses
.Technological advancement
.Great visionary leadership
.Strong military
.Strong economy
.Diplomatic influence
.
Then comes few small but important characteristics like national character, culture, norms and values of the society etc.
Analyse these factors, what we have in abundance and where we are lacking in these factors. you will get a good answer

Work on economy is of utmost importance. Bring trade .investment then all these issues would solve itself because its moral corruption 1st ..that placed the religion between extremism and secularism hence breed skepticism..

i agree with your every point Monk. Pakistan now needs revisit in every policy either internal or external. i think internal one's like extremism and terrorism are more dangerous than any thing else.

All of you have pointed crisis of Pakistan but the question were How to make Pakistan Great? It means What endeavors we should promote in order to prosper Pakistan on the map of world. I think reason for all crisis of Pakistan is weak civil society. WE the civil society of Pakistan have no awareness our rights. We don't where, How and when to rise voice against any regularities. Recently NEPRA has published a report on biggest corruption scandal in Power sector. But Unfortunately No one even think to rise their voice against this menace of corruption. Because everyone is busy in making their own life perfect. Yes this is human nature to protect our self first then think about others. But Strong civil society rise their voice against all kind of irregularities in democratic system. So strong civil society is need of the our for us. There are many examples to quote from developed countries American revolution is best example quote here.

How to make the prospering Pakistan?

People of any country enjoys the social ,political and economics rights on equal basis and the country having strong economy ,strong foreign policy and strong defense we call it prospering country . In order to achieve these goals it needs to prepare comprehensive policy for each paradigm,situation of Pakistan is so complex,at the same the country is facing different problems like terrorism, corruption, low quality education, energy crisis, economic crisis , bad governance , law and order etc,all problems are interlined.However being these problems our country has still potential to deal all crisis.

No doubt Pakistan is not only rich in natural resources but also but in human resources, like Baluchistan is full of natural resources like coal,gas, oil ,gold, almost all type of metals, marbal etc Sindh is also blessed with the huge reserve of coal moreover petrol,gas and other resources besides that punjab and Khyber phakhton kha also possessed the natural resources.Furthermore, Many talented Pakistani people are serving in all over the world in all fields. only thing which is lacking management. how to utilize the resources to make country prospers.

i want to give some solutions for prospering of Pakistan.the first the most important thing is implementation of law with full true spirit because law is main pillar of any state. In Pakistan every kind of law exists against all problems which i mentioned above. for example for corruption anti corruption dept, NAB, for countering terrorism ,police ,army , paramilitary ,anti terrorism force, and separate courts are available for trail of such type of cases, etc, so that by implementing of law , the country can control these all problems.

Secondly its important to improve law and order situation in country, the main causes of worse law and order situation, terrorism, sectarian violence, street crime, land mafia, militant wing of political parties, black sheep in police and other law and order dept in order to tackle these problems the first thing it needs to legislate the strict laws. followings are some suggestion to get ride of getting law in hands.

• By promoting interfaith harmony among all sects and religions.
• to stop the fundings to terrorism group.
• to equip the police with the modern technology in order to tackle terrorism effectively.
• to filter out the black sheep from law and order dept
  
• to legislate laws against all types of mafia and political parties which possess the militant wing

Geo strategic position of Pakistan is crucial, it can be hub for foreign investment by improving law and order situation,if Law and order situation become better which will bring a lot opportunities to make the Pakistan prosper.it will be helpful to explore natural resources such as thar coal which will end the energy crisis in country. moreover Chine Pakistan Economic corridor is important for Pakistan, which will be huge investment in history of the country the only threat to this mega investment is law and order situation. in current situation only key to prosperity is improving law and situation.
