• the current 34 countries alliance is a joke it wont to do anything
• 2 if there should be an alliance then it should be at all level not merely militarily but politically morally as well should be under idealogy of islam not under sects of islam like shia sunni ..there should be agreement of no difference 1st
• the alliance i think should consist of pakistan saudi arabia and turkey
• this alliance should be fused at all level to serve as an example for other muslim countries to follow the same tune if there would or should be coalition with other muslim countries
• to serve an example these three countries should be united inside out 1st which they are to some extent
• the next step they can do is get closely observe not only their own matters but also the matters for other muslim countries
• starting it with to give to citizen- a muslim court of justice should be bulit in these three countries with its branches expansion should be in towns to cities and cover whole muslim countries with time
• next the system of justice should be neutral and unbiased thats why neutral judges should be appointed from pakistan to african muslim states
• here apart from para military forces and military forces the lower level law and enforcement agencies should be appointed neutrally
• in this way the cases like mukhtara mai or other that arose due infection of feudalism should be avoided
