OK friends shall I disclose the reason of this ‘historic’ bloodshed in Islamabad?
The reason was … the fight (chap-qalish) between the ISI and MI, Military Intelligence.
But those who all died were our Muslim Pakistanis.
And in this ‘great’ drama the Pakistanis have tagged on the USA and used the ‘best ever formula’ of:
“Istamaal karo, tor do aur phaink do”
So this was the real story which claimed hundreds of lives………!!!!!!

I can understand your thoughts about the lal mosque people.We define other people relative to our own convictions.A shia will always condemn such act by a sunni muslim but will forget the iranian revolution.A sunni muslim will always call a shia muslim wrong.I have studied a lot of critical articles about lala masjid and i found majority of them to be shia.They call ghazi brothers terrorists but forget that the iranian revolution was the outcome of such an action.Our enemy is at our heads and we are blaming eachother.Why do we not end this prejudice? Our enemy will not ask us before killing that you or sunni or shia.They have killed our muslim brothers indiscriminately in iraq and afghanistan and are planning to do so in our country as well as iran.We must unite against our single enemy.Once we are finished with that enemy , we will have lot of time to fight with eachother.

some facts that have been obtained from Daily Mashriq dated 21.07.07 alongwith other sources;

Three students namely Amama, Aisha and Sidra-tul-Muntaha have unveiled that "on the advice of Um-e-Hassan when them came out of the mosque, they had been propounded for 30,000-60,000 rupees per head if they issue their statements against Ghazi Bradran (Maulana Abdul Aziz & Um-e-Hassaan). Afterwards they were given 5,000 rupees that have been torn in pieces by them".

"A number of 6000 female students was inside the mosque. Some of them were praying and busy in warship and the rest of them were having their food while nobody warned them before the attack being taken place.", a Student Amam revealed. They told to media, in a press conference on Friday eve, "a high score of students of Lal Mosque & Jamia Hafsa has been disappeared and died after this tragic incident".

"140-female and 110-male corpses were laying on the floor of Mosque. How could children/women get hold on Weapons were placed in the outsided-room by military officials, which later on made an excuse to media for defence of attack and a reason to defame administration of Lal Mosque before the nation. We were not hostages instead, even were advised by Um-e-Hassan to go out on pretext that the mosque is being evacuated.", Student Sidra divulged.
