On one end, what makes CSS in general and to be a CSP in particular a different notion as compared to other professional jobs is prestige, say in administrative issues, honour and respect in kith and kin.
On other end uncountable powers, red tape, nepotism, corruption, malpractices and what not are the glaring examples in prevailing situation across the country. Now, it is up to the individual which side he or she likes the most and decides to do CSS and to become a CSP. This is what you can call it as my naïve assessment. Zubair Bhatti, a man behind implementing Jhang Model is a glaring and shining model. |

Salaam
as i am a business grad, here is the fact that dragged me towards css.
There are few better paid multinationals in Pakistan which are reserved for certain institutes and yet no job security as last year a top ranked (TELENOR) company fired more than 100 employees for some strategic reason, even worst condition in low ranked (seth culture) companies where a well trained worker is in danger for whole life. job risk,0 social status, in monetary terms satisfactory for 1 or 2 percent of the whole crowd, no dignity as most of the employees are in 2nd grade companies. |
