can anyone tell what does Technocratic Govt. mean?
mean how it is different from democracy.

Technocracy is type of government in which experts of different field run a government. Technocrates have technical knowledge to solve the social problem with technical mindset. Technocracy is different from democracy: in democracy elected government and in technocrate are not elected by public. Technocrate are not representative of public because they are not elected by people. They are selected on the basis on skills and their technical expertise.
