Exclamation Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sherif's Reception and Return!

Assalam-O-Allikum
Musharraf on May-11-2005 declared that exiled political leaders, including Bhutto and Nawaz, would not be allowed to come back or participate in the general elections scheduled for 2007.Nawaz had been battling to obtain a Pakistani Passport. Sherif declared that On September 10, 2007, Sharif, along with his family returned back to Pakistan.Sherif said: He will give challange to Musharaf.
Today September 10, 2007, Nawaz Sharif arrived in Islamabad on a PIA flight from London but was prevented from leaving the plane. This has resulted in massive protests all over Islamabad with several of his supporters reported to have been killed. Musharraf reportedly turned off all cellular services in the vicinity of the airport, creating a massive inconvenience for the people living in twin cities of Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Furthermore, Nawaz Sharif has refused to hand over his passport to Immigration, increasing the chances of him being either deported to Saudi Arabia or arrested and thrown in jail in Pakistan.

Nawaz Sharif was arrested upon arrival and taken to jail for further investigations. However, later it has been revealed that in fact, he was not arrested and that he has been deported to Saudi Arabia.
Now Give your Comments : He deserve to deported to Saudia Arabia or Not???

Well Nawaz sharif would not be able to set foot on this land because of a curse.

According to Article 15 no pakistani citizen can be exiled or extradited from Pakistan... But do you remember that Aimal Kasi was extradited to USA on 13th June, 1997 in violation of Article 15 during Nawaz Sharif's "dictatorial" regime... Who was playing toady to USA at that time?... Was Aimal Kasi not a Pakistanis citizen? Was he lesser creature of God?...Why hasn't our "political" Chief Justice ever thought of that conduct?

So in my opinion there is some kind of divine check on Nawaz Sharif for his deeds that he is being deprived of setting foot in his own homeland...

When Nawaz Sharif had to face punishment for his mis-conduct and wrong doings he cut a deal and left the country and never fought for the supremacy of law and democracy... Now that when elections are close and Musharraf's popularity is down he is looking at an opportunity to get back in the ruling circle...

My dear country men i request you to look at things in a an impartial ways, these kind of people are opportunist hypocrites who have no sympathies with the country and the poople... all they care about is their chance of getting back in the ruling seat...

this is a complete violation of law
its complete volation of constitution which says that no person can be exiled in any condition
honestly sppeaking ,a single person can decide the futurre of 16 caror people.
i single person (musharaf) can decide what he wants.
honestly speaking it looks we are not haman beings of 21st century
we are crowd of people,we are just goats and sheep

its a slap on the face of Supreme court of pakistan
its slap on the face of media that what i want i will do?

its responsibilty of every citizen to save his country by any way
what is future of pakistan?
its shockable.

In my opinion, Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif won his case in Supreme Court of Pakistan and the decision was made by the larger bench of Supreme court. That decision is having its own worth and credibility and the govt was bound to obey it. But they have committed an open CONTEMPT OF COURT. And now the Govt will have to pay the price of it.

As far as the govt's remarks on Nawaz Sharif's exile are concerned, they are of the view that Nawaz Sharif broke an agreement with the Saudi Govt, so he must be sent back to Saudi Arabia in order to complete his exile duration of 10 years.

And now coming to the decision of Supreme court, the Govt says that Supreme court made a decision that Nawaz Sharif can come to Pakistan, and that order of supreme court has been obeyed, as Nawaz Sharif was allowed to land in Pakistan. But then he has been sent back to Saudia in order to complete his exile period, according to an agreement between Saudi Govt and Sharifs'.

All this drama, staged by the Pakistan Govt will have severe after effects as the presidential election (rather selection) is at hand. General Elections are also a "Coming Soon Play". Pakistan Muslim League (N) is having a better position now alongwith APDM. General Musharraf's fame graph is lowering speedily, esp after his open conflict with Judiciary. Today's incidence is also a part of this conflict. Benazir Bhutto has also lost her credibility and Party Support by having a deal with present Dictator.

So if free and fair Elections are allowed to be taken place, then Musharraf will have a very week stance alongwith his coalition parties. Moreover it wil be a difficult task for him to unite PPP and PML-Q. So there are lots of problems for him in order to stay on his seat.
