Ws. well, you are quite right. What I think the next step should be is that our Judiciary should come in front and put in the law. Those, whatever they are, should be called in the country so they can face the cases? and then they must receive punishment for their wrong doings. So it could become a lesson for future leaders.

Basically, none of us should be deported or should remain abroad. A leader of today, should be a common person of tomorrow and must be ready for answering the nation at any time.

First of all Mr. Mush(Musharraf) already violate the constitution of Pakistan when he made an agreement with KSA regarding Sharif's family exile and commuted his term of life imprisonment. Now again he defy the rule of law and recently passed SC judgment and exiled once again, a criminal who faces multiple charge of corruption and embezzlement, when touched Pakistan soil.

This is the same story we were witness back to oct 1999, when Mr.Nawaz did not allow Musharraf's aircraft to land in Pak territory. What was that?
Who is the victim of this shamefull act? Only and only Pakistan's reputation demage internationally and regionally. Each and every politician ruled Pakistan to serevr her/him personal interest.

What we are witnessing in Pakistan since 1947 is "MIGHT IS RIGHT".

Default Nawaz Sharif's Exile

The above discussion of all the astute members contain so many cogent reasons and seem to be logical to some extent as well. All political leaders have made the mess with the ppl of Pakistan during their tenures and committed blunders, they deserve to be punished but not at the cost of democracy... As all ills prevailing can only be addressed through more democracy so military junta must not be given force majaure any more. It is generally believed that the worst democracy is even better than dictatorship.
So all exiled political leaders should be given chance to come and bridge the political vacuum immediately with wisdom to avoid any mishap with the country whose foundations are being at stake. For Godsake, national reconciliation should be accomplished at this critical juncture, lest it shoule be too late.

Knowledge and timber should not be much used until they are seasoned.

General Musharraf should opt for an honourable way and relinquish the army uniform and transfer the power to the civilians’ elected representatives.
He should stop considering himself indispensable for the country.

@amy

what we can expect from a person who can go against the writ of the state , they are simply devoid of feelings . And doffing the uniform is yet shrouded in mystery.

Once again the government is on a collision course with the judiciary.
This time around , the judiciary has already flexed its muscles well.
So these are testing times for our honorable chief justice.
Musharraf must be having sleepless nights as one by one his shenagans are are fizzling out.
His days are numbered n he must be make an honorable exit.
Nawaz is equally bad. We have seen him before. His short-term ordeal(purely of his own creation) can't paper over the corruption he and his cronies meted out at this poor country!!

Dear friends .Why musharaf shall be serious about nawaz return if nawaz was not concenred about msharaf safety in 99 and why benazir should not deal with musharaf .This is not 1970 ,my dear friend . .It is 2008 ,The year of election .,The year of power. they year to choose one hypocratic out of all . Who can u choose if u r not left with any option .The judicary has joined mass media for enjoying the third and fourth peice of cake after being oppressed by administrative and military instiuation (here cake means so called constiuation power in paksitan) . There is no end just beginning of a evil .what is pubilc? well Divided in being muhajir, shindhi, pukhtoon, taliban or balooch , .Thanks god we r suffering from identity crises /We have three identities that were used by different leader durign their tenure ,sometime we become mulsuim in zia rule some time we becom muhajir ,sindhi or pukhtoo and sometime we just beocme paksitnai in musharaf tenure by announcing(sub sai pehlai paksitan) .Come on u political, kahki intellectual and black hypocratic lawyer . Use us but for god sake inform us .
