Default An Independent judiciary

An independent judiciary and rule of law are a basic pre requisite for a country to function. An independent judiciary plays a vital role in strengthening country's institutions. These days a movement is going on in the country which is demanding restoration of judges, supremacy and independnce of judiciary.
Another issue is that of price hike of consumers items.I believe consumers are adversely affected from price hikes of fuel and other consumer utilities.Poor people's concerns should be taken into consideration when increasing prices of consumer items.

yes ,with out an independent judiciary our country could not be able to flourish.without justice, No state,no life and no sacurity. All the judges should be restored to their previous positions.Partial and delayed justice and dependent judiciary was not the aim of the founders of this hard earned state. justice should be indiscriminately disseminated to the masses. The wills and aspirations of the public should be given proper consideration .Nothing can be achieved with out uniform ,impatial and speedy justice.Due to the exercise of ilegal means our leaders use judges as puppets in their hands. They can modify the law(constitution) at their own will and for their vested interests they dont even spare just and humane judges.they have made the judiciary a mokkery.

See ..we all bleive that an independent judicary maaters for states prosperty but do not you think that this time judicary want some extra power for which this drama has been played .We know mr ifthikar is reputative man but this face is too deniable that he was choosen by the same dictator on the favourtiism . no media have shown its concern over the appointment but when it comes to farah dogar they mold the story and sell it because news itself is a sealable commodity .Brother this was judicary who hanged zulifqarali bhutto .Now it comes to limits and frankly pakistanis do not bleive in having limited power so mr iftikhar is doing same.
