Dear css mates!
the population and area of punjab is more than many countries
of the world. so, only one centre (lahore) is not sufficient enough to provide the whole province with good and apt governance level.so, my proposal is to create the following new provinces:
1]Potohar.......capital Rawalpindi
2]Bahawalpur...capital Multan
3]Lahore..........capital Lahore.

Please comment on this.

I think it is not a solution .It is roots of problems. which will weak our country..we have not enough captal and we need assitence and aid for our Government expenses ...if they divide provences into several parts so they will need to make every department for new provences, it means that they will increase Government's expenses which will be cause of downfall for us




There is not use to talk about problems unless you talk about solution

They have no authority to make a new province, whatever we have, we gotta settle our current four provinces. we are facing problems in settling n the chuavinsim is at it's height. it's not the even right time to think about it.

P-S: I am new here, just trying to understand this site. hopefully will be able to participate the way it's done here.

what kind of lame topics are working around us?
aren't we pakistani? are not we 1 nation?
india is enough larger country then us...Are they going to making more sobas?
america is combination of 52 provinces. r they going to make more?

this is the lackness, of our politicians they are involve our nation in silly things like provinces etc etc
Why is our nation forget 1st they are pakistanis then something else. one boy is working in my office he is from hari pur hazara, he also said the same stuff that they will get their own identitity,
Is that not enough they are pakistanis? they are Muslims? why we have shift our concentration to some stupid stuff like that? did we ever think where we are standing today? are we going to think serious step like this on electricity problem? did you we take serious step like this on KALA BAGH DAM? did we?
but our nation has wasteful time to work on this useless topics, we must go ahead and improve our study, we must develop our science more advance, our institutions, departments, we must work hard to be a developed country, we must work on education, science, technology?

but what my nation is doing wasting time in wasteful stuff, we are pakistanis, nothing else we are.

My dear friend u r going to be Emotional.The people who r demanding new provinces have some background.let me clear one think that we all are Pakistani.(regardless in favor of new province or against).u quoted example of India that they have 36 provinces now while at the time of independence they had only 10-11 province.The creation of new province in fact is the only way to develop Pakistan into a progressive and prosper country.Furthermore , it reduce grievances of small provinces on Punjab.finally it is in the favor of people of Punjab too.

Pls don't suggest such advise which already have been flapped.Creation of one unit is the biggest blunder in Pakistan history,one unit was the major reason for the separation of East Pakistan. If the people of Southern Punjab. Upper Punjab(Barani District)& Hazara Division r raising voice for new province,Then it is their right&it must be fulfilled through the procedure as described in constitution .In my opinion it is better to separate happily than to revise history....

bro!for your kind information, india has established 10 new provinces since last 15 yrs.
american constitution doesn,t allow to create new states owing to complexity of procedure.

i agree with you..but its not the right time for the creation of new provinces

i think this is the right time because:

a]it will hammer the ethnic power of ANP (in hazara).
b]the federation is under thread as every bone of contention is found in punjab by other provinces. division of punjab will shut all the voices which have been creating the fracture lines in the sanctum of federation.
c]all american n indian plans will fell a prey to this decision ...bkuz,the punjab, which has been projected as worst foe of other provinces will vanish as a giant unit.
d]better admn. can be provided to the people in s.punjab and potohar.
e]sind card of ppp will be flopped.ethnicity in sind will be reduced.
f]supermacy of pml(n) feudals will be confined to gt-road only.
g]since, pml(n) has not allowed federal govt. to launch military operation against punjabi taliban in saraiki belt,so new provincial govt. in s.punjab will have better chances to snuff out terror nurseries.
h]voices of bla, mqm,anp against punjab or federation would be weaken. and the case they plead against central govt. would be in doldrums.

i]the ethnic ground in s.punjab will not be able to cultivate anti-pak sentiments.

By creation of new provinces ,pakistan will be secure than ever

In balochistan 5 districts of pashtoons should be separated and be given them a new province or they should be merged with khyber pukhtunkhua.Remaining 25 districts of baloch populace should be demarcated as balochistan.
