In fact Army cannot afford to take over courtesy to musharaf's worst era in the history of military regimes.Army's prestige has been greatly damaged in the eyes of common people and Army needs time to rebuild its image.secondly in the presence of powerful media,judiciary,active civil society it seems impossible.Army had already taken over for the last time on October 12,1999.There might be some kind of indirect interventions but no direct intervention in future.

Well, Procrastination on the part of our joker-like political leaders for any important decision is already well-known for many years. But BOOTS are now supposed to be in the battlefields – which is their only role to play for the welfare of this country - when our country is confronted with the most dangerous threat of terrorism. Boots are supposed to safeguard us and build their image as true and patriotic institution of this country, and make our future by taking on their real enemies, and do not ever try to mar it by interrupting the government system. It’s been more than enough now. On the face of it, boots seem to be coming because of the poor performance of this government and for some other reasons, but they have worsened their persona amongst our nation. They need to patch up damage done to their reputation by not doing what they are not supposed to… Our nation still hasn’t recovered from the shock given by ex-president Musharaf, then how come we could be accepting to abide anymore some more forms of tyranny in terms of Army taking over the control of the country. So I smell no cat at least.
As far as democracy is concerned, yes that’s hundred and fifty percent true that we can sure survive without it since we have the potential to rise like a phoenix from the ashes. We need to understand this fact that the founders of democracy have themselves become the victim of this evil system now, so how come that their system can benefit us in any way. The collapse of communism many years ago and now that of capitalism serve as a parable to it. We need to take recourse to the great Islamic models; political, judicial, and economic models of Islam.
