1]shahid afridi warned the pcb authorities about these two brothers.
but pcb took no serious notice of that. and afridi deemed if he remains at the helm of the team, the upcoming failures by the bookies would be put on his shoulders. so, he resigned from test captaincy

2] technically there is a difference among "fancy fixing","spot fixing" and
"match fixing". but, MORALLY,there is no difference.each among these is a crime like selling the flag of one,s country

3]will the players be accused and not the team management who could be behind the story?

4] team manager yawar saeed himself is a controversial figure.

how a controversial person can take such as sensitive decisions of
team scrutiny ?
5]the arrested bookie also named a few other players from india and australia. why the investigative media is ignoring them.

"pakistan will not win even a single test series till 2010".
if this statement is true than it means that a bunch of management personell+players has been continuously bribed by the gamblers.

Pakistan cricket supporters pelt tomatoes at donkeys, press fumes

Dozens of protesting Pakistan cricket fans have pelted tomatoes at donkeys labelled with the names of the accused players at the centre of the match-fixing scandal.

Chanting slogans against captain Salman Butt and other team members, dozens of protesters also pretended to beat the donkeys with shoes during the demonstration in the streets of Lahore.

"It's shameful and unacceptable," cricket fan Manzoor Ahmad told reporters.

"We want them back (from England), they should be punished," he said.

Pakistan's press said a match-fixing scandal involving top cricketers was an act of shameful betrayal for a flooded, terror-hit nation that worships the game.

"Our cricketers should have been ambassadors for us at this time, instead they have stabbed us in the back," English-language daily The News said in an editorial.

Well to be honest, if we look at the above pic, the extra ordinarily shocking colour of salman's jacket and his arms surely are skeptical. But we cant say anything untill proven. This may also be true that ICC 2011 world cup is just approaching so it may be a conspiracy regarding our cricket future...

ICC sharad powar has said Pakistan may lose its membership with ICC to be able to play cricket in case if its proved, that stimulates the doubt which Mehria and Maha have raised.....
