Default role of security agencies of Pakistan

there are numerious security agencies in Pakistan, here i will not mention FIA, IB bcz of their political affiliation or involvement. ISI and MI are the best agencies of the world but still there is not fruitful result in terms of:

1.politicians looted the wealth of nation, their swiss accounts
2. cases of the loans writen off.
3. NRO saga
4. terrorism in the soil of pakistan
5. failure to control law n order in kchi n balochistan
6. corruption in their country
7. and many more
why they failed to repatriate the looted wealth from abroad, failure to establish rule of law in the country. their failure to stop corruption etc i understand their job but their involvement in politics and their power n influence such be usd for country.
awaiting pragmatic replies particularly from any person who has any relation with such orgs.

my dear, you are pointing towards ISI or MI?
i am little bit confused, please clear it.

my dear if you are saying that Why ISI and MI is not active in above said issue, than my dear i want to add that only your point 4 and 5 relate to them. and only upto intellegence, this is not the reponsibility of ISI and MI to investigate or arrest anybody. They only share the intellegence with security agencies i.e FIA and Police and remaing responsibility is of Police to arrest or investigate the criminals.

your remaining concerns are not so much related with intelligence agencies, I think so.
