Well, we should really wake up and believe me if our officers become honest, from top till bottom then whole problems can be solved. Especially those at the finance, P&D, C&W and those sitting at districts. They can effectively change destiny of Pakistan, as we saw a short glimpse of it in the era of Mr. Abdul Jabbar Shaheen during his term of office as DCO kasur as reportedly he has changed the whole face of kasur. We need officers like him backed by the top brass of bureaucracy and they can save Pakistan in true terms.
This is a fact, but on the other hand this dream is never achievable in Pakistan. I think there is no workable plan in Pakistan except some revolution which is although too much costly in terms of loss of lives & money. We are left with no other option but to witness this staus qou. This is my opinion to which the members of this forumn have right to differ.

yes the unity in youth is the dire need of the day to save pakistan.energetic youth can do everything,, Pakistani politicians are planning and preparing deals for the next election. No one is sincerely talking about practical measures to save the country from threats and conspiracies against the sovereignty of Pakistan.
This is not the time for deals, but it is time to forge unity in order to save the country.
No one wants to condemn the armed forces, but they must also be made accountable for their actions. This is the time for the people of Pakistan to open their eyes, come out of their shortsighted mindset and stand up to save the country. Abusing and condemning those writers, intellectuals and the civil society that have the audacity to pinpoint issues is not going to fix Pakistan's problems.
Now is the time for the people to decide whether they want to live with dignity and respect or recede into history as a failed nation. United States or China will not save Pakistan, our unity faith and integrity can save us.

i think a lot opf hardwork proper planing and right decision at the right times are needed to lead pakistan out of the current situation.at this time the country is paced with a number of challenges including
1,war against terror
2,political environmnt both internal and external
3,economic crises(energy,foreign and local trade)
4,corruption
there are other numerous crises also bt in currnt situation i think dealing these should be the frst priority.
proper solutuion of these crises inturn depend on planning and policies of the parliment because they are the 1s who are decision and policy makers,so in order to solve thes problms sharp and sincer politicians are required who unfortunatly are sharp bt only 4 dodgng the coman man,find ways to fell their foreign accounts and enjoy faccilities nt 4 making right decisions.thes issues cd b solved bt wth the political systm and politicians v have (both opostion and gov parlimnt personnel)i think its a day dream.another way out cd be revolution 4rm commn peopl bt that might also weakn the country evn more.
evry of the above mntiond problm need to be discussd proprly and need great attntion bt i think smthing that cd realy hlp reduce thes problms is the law. no one shld be givn exmption 4rm law(wthr politicians r beaurocrats) propr audt and inquiry systm shd be ther. only then cd v get the desird results and cn reduce corruption wch is threatning our nation more than anythng else i think.
