Every war is followed by dialogue, we can call it understanding which established peace. During war how peace can be established? By default? Army ! Hey !! throw arms then peace?

Every war is followed by dialogue, we can call it understanding which established peace. During war how peace can be established? By default? Army ! Hey !! throw arms then peace?
yes u r right.before or after war the suffering countries have to come on the dialogue table.the idea of killing the innocent can never be appreciatable.then why not this dialogue without suffering.dialogue is the best course and the rare solution.
