Intelligence agencies are listed on the basis of performance, their network, their achievements and many other indicators. I don't know how they give positions to intelligence agencies and on which basis? Because their activities are highly classified, then which procedure they apply?

ISI deserves to be number 2 in the World because CIA is the top most intelligence agency of the World. There are some apprehensions which are become hurdles in ISI's way. ISI involved in the politics consequently it lost its attentions towards the security of Pakistan.

For information of all and sundry, source of this information/grading of intelligence agencies is a very credible, widely circulated, and having extraordinary websites (or in other words a very non-credible, not-circulated even not having its website) New York based newspaper/megazine/journal namely 'Crime' and its edition of Febuary 10, 2011. (perhaps it was written somewhere that its of Febuary 10).

Its venerably requested that please dont take anything to heart and concentrate on something tangible/important thing. !

It is being known from the Western media and mostly apprehended politicians that ISI is playing DOUBLE-STANDARD in dealing terrorism but it is not the real fact. ISI is the world's best intelligence agency and completely ready to tackle any situation against our beloved country. ISI is second to none,it is always in the top.
