Yes dear i agree with you just for discussion, that CJ is taking too much sou muto action. This cause in justice delaying in the country that leads many other problems. Instead of paying his attention in the basic and key problems, he actually not addressing the problem of the peoples

He is taking these actions to secure national interests which was responsibility of so-called democratic leaders....do an action taken for human rights violation in Baluchistan affecting human rights anyway ??? specifically apprise which action created violation??

suo moto of chief justice show that executive and parliament are not doing their business accordingly. Their paralyised role compel judiciary to play remidial role.

chief justice is moving in right direction.if he will not take sou motto who will take care of swat girl,now kohistan girls.our govt cant take action against agencies its chief justice,who called rangers head in his court over that Karachi guy incident.
if all the state functions are working properly we don't have these problems.

what about thousands other cases pending in our apex court ?

if apex court is become a party how it wants to lose a case ?

what is the role of other courts if cj wants every case in his court ?

what about the right of appeal ? if any one got punish from apex court. is there any superior institution where he will go ?

yes i admit ali that CJ is creating tension in smooth conduction of corrupt institutional system....Q.1 which case u exactly are talking??Q2 Dear first you think it as a problem to take suo moto against big problems and if there is action taken, you still consider it Violation..Suo moto action is taken on situations which are really grave and point out one action of CJ where political bashing was the purpose....Hundreds of cases are solved weekly...where is CJ becoming a party except his own re-appointment which was mere Injustice.....Yes this is a valid point that where to appeal next if rejected by the apex court than dear there are proper process of re-appealing b4 larger benches etc...Then, you know the condition of corrupt court system in pakistan....and that is bcs of POLITICAL influence on lower courts which affect decision making....still every case doesnt appear in SC...nor CJ wants that....
