Hira ... Its nice to see u after long time.

" Man is unhappy until his death"

Life always keep itself in motion. It never stops at any point. It keep on moving all the time. We all want to extract ore from the life that is why we remain unhappy till death. We cant satisfy ourself that really makes us unhappy.

The key to hapiness lies in being contended with whatever u have. Well we never change things by ourself. It is up to Allah but we can stay happy with whatever we get from it. Always hope for the best and be an optimistic person.

Take life as it comes to u. Life is a reality, face it and dare the passion of it.

Regards

@Khuram,

See how many exiting questions have been raised in our absence and they are waiting for you to have your say, m' going to have my say.

@Hira

I think the statement is true, and the extent varies from person to person. Infact the 'unhappiness' can be a 'restlessness', which is the nature of man. but this unhappiness or restlessness doesn't mean a state of 'not well- beinhg' always, in fact this is man's restlessness which made him to develop latest machinery, skyscrappers etc. if this restlessness is removed from man's life, and he's awarded a neverending happiness which is 'satisfation', he'll not try to explore the world.

Regards,

It is right on some extent but not fully,i think happienes is name of inner feeling,it is up to us how can we take it,For some persons little things are enough to make them happy,and vice versa.Actually happiness lies in contentment,firm believe on Allah,fate and optimism.

I believe that satisfaction lies inside a person. If u cant change things then learn to comproise with them. Yeah u should be optimistic, u should always keep on searching way outs. But always try to be happy in whatever life is giving u. That is the crux of the point ad the hidden reality of lie.

Regards

I think satisfaction is the good feeling that you have when you have achieved something or when something that you wanted to happen does happen.
This state is there when you get relieved of your craving wen you get something for which you had a craving.
Or
satisfaction is wen you are happy with all wat you have, and don't bother about all wat you don't have.

We can say satisfaction is a state when Mind & heart are at ease, no conflict, no craving, no pitching desire & a person is contented on his already existed assest.

But I think to attain this kind of satisfaction is impossible till death.

Regards,

Satisfaction is there but we have to sort it out for the sake of our happiness.

Satisfaction is what we feel relax and when we tihnk that things are ok and positive. Everything is in its order. Things are going like we wanted them to go.

To simply & concludingly straighten it out,

"Perfection does not fall to the share of mortals,but immortals".
(George Washington).

However,being muslim i personally believe a staunch & sincere faithful soul can perfectly cross Washington & alikes.Islam literally means and preaches peace,and without peace,there can't be any perfection.What Washington says may mundanely be right as far the reality of dying & going into immortality is concerned,if u want that peace of mind and soul to the extent of perfection,follow Islam to its entirety.You would surely b perfect not only here but Here,Hereafters.

All other mundane philosophies of even greatest philosophers & thinkers on Earth,be it Socrates or Russells, are but confusing and fall quite, quite short of exactly answering this perplexing question which has been daunting limited human mind since ages.Perfection or satisfaction (Without uselessly going into their multiple definitions and connotations)lies but following devotedly Allah Almighty's commands,which cover all aspects of worldly human life and beyond.

Do it,i bet You will live always contented and even depart this planet smilingly for your eternal abode into immortality.

"Perfection does not fall to the share of mortals,but immortals".

Nice statement but still the mortals are seeking for the perfection because thirst for perfection is playing a crucial role in their amelioration. It is helping them out to spend a better life.
