Good janab but this sort of things would take time. It needs proper planing and implementation on govt level.

Thx Najabat n I M Possible for appreciation.

If Govt: has honest motives for the betterment of our ministries then it’s not possible. If we can have Local Govt, with single decree of Govt: then it’s not near to impossibility to have senior fellows and bureaucrats in the Ministries soon.

Well, I suppose this will not be a wishful thinking in future.
