Instead of introducing such said Bill's, why don't we raise a sane voice in the noise to let the Club Produce (Ladies n Gentlemen), who 'Must be' Morally Fostered, Modest n Honoured.
To Me, this is a more apt way to terminate such Felony.
Moreover, Fair-play by Senate.

Hassan, in the upper remark, what is being unhelpful to you to Comprehend?
I guess it is simplistically transparent that in our Country where everyone is NOT equal before law(in practical sense), to institute such bills n than their Exercise to fetch significant result is truly Tiring. So, in place of inaugurating such sanctions, ain't you people think we are supposed to launch a fact-based concept of Ladies n Gentlemen, whose terms n conditions are based on Modesty n Honour?
