dear both of ur questions r logical, but why r u not considering the position right now ( ground reality)..... He is sitting in his house without any source of income.....
If movement succeeds & he is restored, then it is ok, but if results come otherwise, then what will happen....... ppl raising slogans will go 2 home & he alone will b left to face the music...... i m least concerned that govt is fooling ppl or not, the net result is the monitary benefit to justice iftikhar( which makes me haapy).........
( i stop my discussion on pension issue here as i feel it is becoming futile now)
apart from pension , i wanna share my own opinion about the MOVEMENT.
i feel that all those pol parties who staged processions in the favour of ch iftikhar will NEVER restore him as he does not suit to BB or MIAN or MMA.
all of them r using his name just to oppose musharraf. once musharraf is gone, they will also like to have a "SUITABLE JUDICIARY" on becoming the rulers. so even if the democracy is restored, he will NOT b restored
( my opinion is subject to all criticism , but it is my analysis after studing the approach of different pol parties of pak)

Well I close my view on this topic with the following remarks.
Although, I am aware of ground reality. However ground reality is not the only criteria to make up one's opinion, assesment of a policy's effects is also very important.
