Default 6.1 Earthquake Jolted Northern Regions of Pakistan
A 6.1 Earthquake hit Northern Regions of Pakistan at 07: 05 PM. The centre of the Earthquake is said to be Batkhela, Swat, in the Koh-e-Hindukush Range of the KPK province. No damage of life or property is recorded as yet. The shocks were felt for as long as 15-20 seconds. At Richter Magnitude Scale, an earthquake ranging between 6.00 to 6.99 is categorised as 'Strong'.
