Interview 12th may ko hai. mjy sahe smjh he nai ayi the cal py.thnx God sister ny bta diya. . Aur merit 13 py jo hai unh ko b call ayi hy.just 2 seats the.mjy smjh nai aa rha kitny logun ko call ki hy aik seat k against

Aik seat k against top ten candidates ko interview call ki hy.hmaray district ki 2 seats hai. To top 20 girls ko call gai hy.itny ziada candidates ko bulanay ka maqsad smjh nai aya

Maybe they have decided to assign the 5 vacant seats of male DCMAs to females and save the trouble of re-advertisement and all. That's a possibility, not sure though.

Hamari dafa to sirf 3 per seats call ki the unho na. I don't understand their logic this time but one thing is sure that they will follow merit in any case. Anyway I will contact the concerned DMO and CO in this regard and will let you know very soon what is the strategy behind this.

Those male seats which I conceived are for Abbottabad district not for haripur. Secondly, male and female DCMAs have different schools. Usually male can not visit female schools unless provided otherwise. There may be increase of no of seats but anyhow I will let you know very soon.

Samboy haripur district mn male dcma ki koi seat ni the.just females ki 2 the.and har district mn aisa he hoga.imu ki website chek krain
Top 10 candidates wil be called for interview for each post

I called IMU Office and they told me that the purpose of calling 10 candidates per seat is to maintain waiting list of candidates. Being a field job, it is tiresome and tough for female DCMAs, so drop out ratio of selected candidates is much more among females. Furthermore, getting of any permanent job lures the candidates to quit this job as evident in my case.
As a result, there is shortage of DCMAs and only those candidates are called from waiting list who have undergone the interview process. This time they are intending to maintain waiting list for one year. So all these factors compelling them to call ten candidates per seat.
For male seats, where vacant especially in Abbotabad and other districts, the process is expected to start 15th of May through NTS.
