Dear All

it is intimated that next phase of interviews will be started from 10th Jan 2015. after that they will arrange a departmental selection Board for the promotion of existing employees of DRAP and then new candidates will be inducted accordingly. (told by authentic person of ministry)

I also heard previously that existing employees have concern regarding promotion if new induction is made and they pledged to other authorities. May be they heard their issue and that's why doing that.

As per Drap policy 100 pc ADs' positions will be filled by directly and as for as policy for above bs 17 is 50 pc will be filled directly and remaining by promotion.it is clear no one can be elevated on ad post by promotion.
