In majority of posts experience is not mandatory.so i dont think so they are verifying experience of each candidates by contacting empolyer

Yes this is the cross verification and it should not take long but a week and i am sure they would must have done it by now.. so wait hopefully some thing good will come out in the coming week..

yes this is cross verification of experience letters (only for those posts where experience was required as per advertisement) they are only verifying that experiences which were produced by candidates are from valid organizations. In various cases candidates produced fake experiences means from fake organizations those are not exists just like Khawaja and sons , Kaleem brothers and etc this type of experiences are not considerable. Only government sector organisations or private firms which are registered against company ordinance 1984.

Today i called them.they are still saying wait for 1 month . looks like they are not interested to give a authentic information regarding appointment letters.
