I don't think that ministry has anything to do with drap's appointment but giving a formal approval as all the process is solely carried out by drap itself .. and now they are putting all the questions regarding results towards the ministry. It seems fishy doesn't it? Anyone with something solid what really is happening?

Actually Policy Board is competitive authority for such decisions. Until Policy Board's meeting is not held and this agenda is not approved, nothing will come out. I don't know whether such meeting was held or not.

Promotions of existing employees are still pending....
As per my knowledge first existing employees will be promoted than new appointments will be made.
From another source, Someone also heard saying that the lists are being prepared.

Promotion has bothing to do with the new appointments as the new appointments would be made under drap service rules while old were recruited under civil service rules and they were given a choice to keep working under same or to adopt drap rules for promotion .. the advertised vacancies would be filled by new personals as it was directed by court in feb 2015.
Else God Knows better.

Actually delay in final result is making confusions. Hope for the best. Promotions and direct inductions are separate issues, Policy board has to approve the criteria for recruitment that was already approved, Ministry have to do nothing with this recruitment. So there is no reason to delay the result upto Assistant Director Level.
