I, already Government officer at your service; wait at least 45-60 days as after circulating ACR forms, the process takes a lot of time to release promotion notifications. Personals will submit ACR after filling to section In-charge, section In-charge will take time to evaluate and write details on it and submit to Departmental Head for counter sign, then Assistant of each department will dispatch ACRs (after getting all's) to HR, HR will wait to obtain ACRs of all departments, then combine File will be created and circulated extensively throughout Admin and HR department, some DPC meetings will be held, some decision will be taken and given to Clerks to complete documentation and then finally notifications will be issued.

So,it means selected candidates have to wait till eid☺

But don't wait in hibernation. Try to get updates so that we know there is nothing wrong for us. Meanwhile do raise the issue. So that it won't take so long.

I get this this news from my friend.who is also waiting for the final result.he met with senior regulators in IPEC 2016 Held during last week.only hurldle is promotion of existing empolyess which is expected to be finalized in the month of May.

All the selected directors and additional directors received call from ministry of health not drap regarding the submission of one extra attested copy of documents including fresh experience certificates and the concerned officer told after 15th of may appointments will because prior to june they will made appointments as instructed by the Secretary Health.
