Ministry approves just summary of selected candidates which are recommended by selection committee/board.all appointment letters will be issued by Drap .

I smell a new issue now; There's a risk of cancelling current hiring altogether for broader scope that is very easy to change during the last 14 months.

"The government is planning to recruit fresh grads and interns to improve the performance of the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP), a minister said on Tuesday.
Minister of State for Health Saira Afzal Tarar, addressing the 2nd Pakistan Pharma Summit, said the health ministry will recruit 2,000 employees and 60 interns to improve the working of the pharmaceutical sector’s regulator."

How they can cancel this process?As they are already short of men power.In coming months they have to hire more employees in order to fulfil the requirementS of WHO

I wish for that, but the concern is; why future/another hiring news is popping up frequently instead of current withheld hiring process?

I called DRAP some days back and asked about rumors of cancellation of current recruitment process and also referred what happened two times before in DRAP. they told this process will be completed and it is near to be finalized.

There is nothing WRONG. let me explain, There are various articles in news papers about this issue, that DRAP is going hire 2000 employees and 60 interns. Here are some of them:-

Now, about the 60 interns, one can easily understand that yes they are going to hire interns, as recently been advertised as well as it is on drap's website as well. BUT for the 2000 employees, if one uses common sense, then he'll surely figure out that, it must be mistakenly read by our honorable minister instead of 200. YES 198 or around 200 it the number of posts that has already been advertised and process has been finalized as we already know.

Now important thing is, above opinion is my own, it can be wrong it can be anything,,,, ok, plz don't go crazy on it. thanks.

It is not wrong. DRAP is short of men power According to WHO requirement DRAP must have fully functional Central Lab and 1000 strength of men power at the end of 2016.which i think is not possible now
