Dear Saima Zia, I meant that I was distracted and hence I typed Addl Dir instead of Asst Dir in Post#1346
As of this moment, I have no news regarding RO-13...

Another issue needs to be worried for is health professionals allowance. Ministry of Finance asked to discontinue. If this happens, it will be impossible to afford living in Islamabad.

No idea on your first query!

Even if HPA gets discontinued, it will be discontinued for new entrants. In past, this has happened multiple times that a special allowance has been ceased to exist. Qualification Allowance in Strategic Organizations is an example of it which is now discontinued but those who are getting it will continue getting it.

Keep the hopes high.

What is your source on the information on HPA?

Irrelevant: There is another allowance known as Medical Risk Allowance which is applicable to Doctors & Paramedics working in Hospitals.
