Fellows test center for this job is not in Pakistan..I was applying for it and when the options of Test Center came, Pakistan was not there..So if you apply be ready to give this test in some other country as per list

Now you can clearly understand that they require a University degree(16 years). So if you have BS(hons) you are eligible.
