i have checked my self website of ypp there is no name of Pakistan

There is separate criteria every year for the participating countries, pakistan was allowed to appear for ypp exam in 2011 after a gap of ten years. From 2011-2015 candidates from Pakistan appeared for ypp program, but last year and for 2017, Pakistan is not included in list of countries to allowed for ypp program. Maybe they allow Pakistani candidates in 2018 but it depends on their criteria.
