Permanent jobs he hn yeh, aap kisi se b poch lo gepco may. Permanent jobs kabi b announce ni hoti,hamesha contract ki he ati hn aur duration complete hone pr permanent kr diya jata hai.

incredibly tough questions:-( they simply wanted to declare that we are not in mood of recruiting you people instead, we wants to play with you:-(..
questions are like: " a fixed ended beam carrying a point load at the center, if the moment of inertia of the beam turns to half what would be effect on fixed moments:-(
